It is the objective of ADSworldwide to provide customers with goods and services which meet the high standards of Quality and Reliability essential to safety directives and the application needs of customer requirements, covering both manufacturing and stockist products. The Quality Management System does not however cover the manufacture of the goods supplied under the Stockists Scheme. To achieve this objective it is the policy of the company to establish and maintain an effective and efficient Quality Assurance System based on the requirements of BS.EN.ISO9001: 1994.
The Quality Assurance Manager has the authority and responsibility to establish and maintain the necessary Quality Assurance Programme, and the organisational freedom to recognize Quality problems and to initiate, recommend or provide solutions to these problems.
In the case of any conflict between Senior Management and the Quality Manager this will be resolved by the Managing Director, and such decisions in this respect will keep the customer interests in focus at all times.
The Quality Programme laid down has the full support of the Board of Directors and all staff are aware of its existence and must adhere to its directive.
