For optimum audio quality of television sound the IRT-45 infra-red transmitter connects directly to the 'audio out' sockets of a television set (phono or scart) and the IRT-45 is then used in the normal manner.
The condenser TV microphone is available for use with the IRT-45 and television sets without 'audio-out' sockets.
The wired TV-MIC receives signals direct from the television's loudspeaker and feeds them into the jack (microphone) socket on the rear panel of the IRT-45.
