Induction Loop Accessories

Accessories include induction loop testers, listening devices, field strength meters and cables; lectern, ceiling, wall and boundary microphones; rack and wall mount kits.

AMPN Combined Magnetic Field Strength Meter and Pink Noise Generator 10-0408-172

The AMPN is a Combined Magnetic Field Strength Meter (FoSmeter) and Pink Noise Generator.

This instrument is used to test and calibrate an induction loop system in conjunction with a Magnetic Field Strength Meter. It can be connected to the line level input of the induction loop amplifier. It has a fixed level output of around 300mV rms and a crest factor of 4:1. It uses a 9V PP3 battery (not supplied).
Also available is the PNGN Pink Noise Generator.

Customers please note that not all 9V batteries for sale are the same size. This means that some makes are too deep to allow the battery compartment cover to close properly - for example, Duracell Plus and Duracell Ultra. Please check and use a suitable battery make with either the AMPN or the PNGN.
